How I'd build a personal brand from zero
If I started from zero tomorrow, this is the 90-day plan I'd follow to build a personal brand and make money from it. No big audience required.

Brands people can explain
Most people chase followers. The ones making money built a brand people can explain in one sentence. That sentence is the foundation of everything else.
The 90-day plan
Write one sentence: who you help and how. Pick your pillars and post nothing else. Fix your profile so it passes the 5-second test. Choose one look and keep it for a year. Post three times a week for twelve weeks. Track sends and saves, not likes. Launch one paid offer by week nine.
You don't need a big audience
You need the right people to know exactly what you do. A few hundred of the right followers will pay you more than ten thousand of the wrong ones.
Weeks 1 to 3: foundations
Write the sentence, choose three or four pillars, rewrite your profile and choose a consistent look. Fonts, colours, a filming setup you can repeat. Then post your first nine pieces and don't judge the numbers yet.
Weeks 4 to 8: consistency
Three posts a week, every week. Watch which pillars get saved and shared and do more of them. Reply to every comment and start conversations in DMs. This is where trust builds.
Weeks 9 to 12: the offer
By week nine you know what people respond to. Package it into one paid offer and talk about it clearly, alongside your usual content. That's the moment a page turns into a business. It's exactly what we build together in 1:1 personal brand coaching.
